Our team is Darin, Natalie, Opie and Rocky Kellum. Kayaking, snowboarding, camping and traveling present us with plenty of challenges, but with Darin's good looks, Natalie's good luck, Rocky's brawn and Opie's brains we manage to have a good time.

We headed to Crystal this weekend for some waterfall fun. We got up Saturday afternoon and got a great campsite on the river just outside the metropolis of Crystal, most famous for its mill. Story goes the mill was used to power an air compressor for the mining operations. Interesting... Anyway,s our camp spot was perfect for our mission of firing up the North and South Forks of the Crystal! That afternoon we got the NF done. Four drops, everyone styled them and back to camp for some R&R before the SF.
Sunday morning we started the hike over to the SF a little sooner than expected because there were two big slides that made the road closed to our jeep. The SF is mostly unrunnable drops, but the bottom two make the Devil's Puchbowls and that was our mission. Darin styled the first one, but missed the second drop due to an auto-eject. I had a good line on the first one as well, but managed to take a bite of my paddle through my full-face helmet. A busted lip is a small price to pay for that much airtime.
